Hi, my name is David. I am the founder of DFCG (David Freeman Consulting Group), and we are about to launch a new digital product. I am looking for a marketing savant who can step in to help me setup and run a powerful and streamlined marketing machine.
The purpose of this role is to support me and the other team members to ensure that key marketing channels are operational and deliverables are being met on time and at a high level of quality. You should be a great writer, creative, organized, consistent, detail focused, highly responsive and fun to work with. This role is starting as a part-time position, with the opportunity to grow and become full-time based on performance.
Primary Goals:
- Generate more revenue for the company
- Generate more brand awareness for the company and new online course products
- Handle back-end tasks for CEO to streamline and improve company operations
Key Skills:
- Writing and editing content
- Marketing and social media
- Project management
- Multimedia production (Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, etc)
- CRM and data-analytics
- Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
- Tech savvy and comfortable using computers
Core Responsibilities:
- Create and post 2+ social media posts per week on Twitter and LinkedIn
- Content can be repurposed from our preexisting content such as videos, podcasts, books, tips, articles, and more, as well as sourced from current events
- Combination of video, images, and text
- Schedule, produce and manage 2+ webinars per month with or without affiliate partners
- Schedule and manage production of 3+ video podcast interviews per month
- Oversee the scheduling, editor, graphics creation, transcription and posting
- Reach out to 5+ journalists per month
- Daily management of social media marketing and automation tools (Mon-Fri)
- Ensure affiliate partners are supported, bi-weekly check-ins
- Create target lists and manage communication with key influencers
- Manage project timelines and key deliverables
- Manage sub-specialists, such as LinkedIn Sales Nav team, copywriting, graphics design, podcast editor, and more
- Manage key data analytics and provide weekly reports
- Add content into email marketing platforms and setup marketing and drip campaigns (Constant Contact, Kajabi)
- Provide customer support as needed
- Collect testimonials from happy clients and turn into social marketing campaigns
- General administrative support as needed
- Standing weekly meetings with CEO on Mondays and Thursdays
